Eight people, one question, one hour
Everything else we make runs on a screen. This one does not.
What happens in the hour
Published, so nobody has to guess what will be asked.
Screens down
Phones face down in the middle of the table. The hour belongs to the room.
One round, no crosstalk
Everybody says where they are. Nobody responds yet.
One question
The room picks a single question and stays on it.
The second question
One real follow-up each, from the person beside you.
One honest move each
Everybody names one thing they will do before the next Circle, out loud, in front of people who will ask about it.
Nobody is left on the pavement
The hour ends with who is checking in on whom.
A Circle opens where people ask for one
It opens once enough people in one city have said they would come.
Put your hand up
One form for all three. Tick as many as are true.
How an introduction gets made
A person reads both sides. We ask each of you separately, and tell each of you the same amount. Either can say no, with no explanation. Nobody's details move until you both say yes.
This is company, not treatment. A peer has been where you are.
